  • 1 tsp lime juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized cubes, about 1-inch pieces, to ensure quick, even cooking and easier skewering.
  2. Coat with Cornstarch and Spices: Toss the chicken pieces in cornstarch and garlic powder until lightly and evenly coated. This creates the crispy coating after air frying.
  3. Thread Chicken onto Skewers: Carefully thread the coated chicken chunks onto the soaked wooden skewers, leaving a little space between each piece for even heat circulation.
  4. Air Fry Chicken Skewers: Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C). Place skewers in a single layer in the basket and cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy and chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. Make the Bang Bang Sauce: While the chicken cooks, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, lime juice, and garlic powder in a bowl until smooth and well combined.
  6. Toss and Serve: Once the chicken is cooked, brush or drizzle the bang bang sauce over the skewers. Serve immediately for best flavor and texture.
