Ingredients

Scale

Base Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (preferably full-fat)
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 12 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup granola or crushed nuts

Optional Add-ins

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Dash of cinnamon or nutmeg
  • Flaxseeds or pumpkin seeds as desired
  • Mini dark chocolate chips (for a dessert-inspired version)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Wash and thoroughly dry the fresh blueberries. Measure out the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, granola or crushed nuts, and any optional mix-ins you choose to include for a smooth assembly process.
  2. Mix the Yogurt and Sweetener: In a bowl, gently stir together the Greek yogurt and your choice of honey or maple syrup until evenly combined, sweetening the yogurt just enough to enhance the natural fruit flavor.
  3. Fold in Blueberries and Crunchy Ingredients: Carefully fold in the fresh blueberries and granola or crushed nuts into the sweetened yogurt mixture, being gentle to avoid smashing the berries while ensuring all ingredients are well coated.
  4. Portion and Freeze: Using a spoon, drop dollops of the yogurt mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping them into small clusters. Place the tray in the freezer and let the clusters freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  5. Store and Enjoy: Once frozen, transfer the clusters to an airtight container and keep them in the freezer. Grab a few whenever you want a refreshing, healthy snack packed with blueberry goodness.

Notes

  • Use full-fat Greek yogurt to help clusters hold their shape better and offer a creamier taste.
  • Freeze clusters on parchment paper to prevent sticking and make cleanup easier.
  • Don’t overmix berries to keep blueberries intact for beautiful bursts of fruit in every bite.
  • Add mix-ins right before freezing to ensure crunch stays crunchy and fresh.
  • Store clusters in an airtight container to avoid freezer burn and maintain flavor.
